Fines and traffic violation

Most persons are affected by penalties in the area of traffic violations as for instance speeding and red light violation.

We advise and represent our clients vis-à-vis the fine authority and in front of the courts. Infringements are everyday offences. They happen regularly to everybody. The authorities treat them in this way. Therefore there are on the one hand many defence possibilities and on the other hand chances of success are relatively high.

Special rules apply to professional drivers. We represent professional drivers, schedulers and businessmen concerning violations of steer and rest periods, loading regulations or concerning the violations of other regulations of the German and international goods traffic law.
