Commercial law

The commercial law regulates the special relations among merchants (sale traders and societies of the commercial law). The commercial law is primarily regulated in the German code of commercial law (HGB). The HGB, however, does not represent a law area itself but rather modifies business by special provisions or customs of trade. Concerning this matter, we advise enterprises at the formulation of general terms and conditions, the general company right up as well as with the initiation and liquidation of trading firms. Our services include particularly the assertion of customer's complaints or exclusion periods referring to commercial law.
