We also help preparing contracts of employment and working conditions. Our clients are represented in legal disputes in all courts of labour jurisdiction: This includes the representation of interests in questions regarding the protection against unlawfull dismissal just as the assertion of claims from existing or ended employer-employee relationships.
Moreover, our core competences include customer advice and support in the context of restructuring measures – as for instance the adjustment and modification of existing business or corporate structures or staff reduction measures. We draw up employment agreements and redundancy schemes, negotiate them with business partners and represent our clients in labour court or works constitutional settlement board proceedings. With regard to questions of labour law, we also support our clients in enterprise transactions, as for instance the purchase or sale of enterprises or operating units.
