Law of inheritance

In the area of the law of inheritance we advise and represent our clients – also within an international context – particularly regarding the administration upon a decedent's estate, the heir discussion, the assertion of legal portion claims and bequests and the application for certificates of inheritance.

Our customer service includes the preparation of wills and contracts of inheritance. We advise our clients in decisive design questions to avoid later disputes among heirs. In particular we advise clients about anticipated inheritance in particular by gifts, the regulations regarding the succession in enterprises, the enforcement of information claims and reporting.

In the context of our activity we examine temporary restraining orders in the legal proceedings on the correctness and observation of the descent. In the case of a liability of an heir we represent our clients out of court and in court. If desired, we take on the estate administration and the will execution.
