We advise our clients in all questions of insurance law and represent them nationwide in legal disputes.

A main emphasis of our work is the right of personal insurance. This concerns in particular the life, disability, health and accident insurance. Our specialisation lies particularly in the advice and representation of holders of disability insurance policies. Holders of disability insurance policies are often accused that they violated a pre-contractual obligation to disclose or that inability to work does not apply to them. Due to our extensive accumulated experience we are able to find a legally adequate and economically acceptable solution. This may be achieved through out-of-court negotiations or through or suing the insurance.

We are also specialised in property insurance law. This includes in particular building insurance (fire-, water- or storm damages), household insurance or liability insurance (private or professional liability insurance). We support here also our clients out of court and before court.
